Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange any merchandise with tags still on as long as they have not been worn, used, washed or damaged.

You can only exchange for a different size of the same style.

Any garment discount greater or equal to 20% are considered a final sale item.  No exceptions will be made.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.  No.3 does not cover any shipping or duty charges for the exchange; this is at the expense of the customer.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders will be shipped once your order has been processed.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
 

Where does No.3 ship?

No.3 currently ships in North America.

Will Returns be accepted?

 No returns will be accepted.

Where are the clothing from No.3 made?

No.3 is proudly designed and made in Canada. Really – check our labels!
